Rajasthani Pyaaz Ki Kadhi is a yogurt-based onion kadhi that is usually made in Rajasthani households. Serve it with Bajre Ki Roti with a dollop of ghee. It tastes great with any rice dish too. The “double Tadka” makes this dish unique and totally worth trying.
